About Us
Collective Society 360 is a not for profit organization geared towards career and entrepreneurial development for youth in the Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities. Corporate racial inequity and biases have detoured this marginalized group from maximizing their full potential and expanding their options for additional career paths. We will open their minds and explore professions that have a history of systemic discrimination.
Our Mission
Collective Society 360 will bridge the employment gap and facilitate workplace transition strategies for talented BIPOC youth with support from mentors, corporate organizations, charity boards and political bodies removing barriers to entry. Viable opportunities for career development, job security, and entrepreneurial support will strengthen BIPOC communities through visible representation in the workforce.
Our Awakening
2020 was not canceled but we awakened to a new understanding that we all need to do better. The pain and the sacrifices of lives lost during the 2020 BLM protests and love gained from all races standing together to say enough is enough leaves us with the questions.
The Solution
It is not as simple as providing financial support to BIPOC communities with an apology or finding a BIPOC affiliate online. We need steps and processes to accompany the solution to eliminate a band-aid approach and increase company retention through understanding the cultural gap…
The Vision
Through clear direction and transparent conversations with business leaders, BIPOC youth will have equal opportunities to achieve their full potential, secure lucrative jobs and explore entrepreneurial initiatives through sustainable programs and financial contributions.
