McCann Masterclass Series

Collective Society 360 and McCann Worldgroup Canada have partnered to encourage high school aged students to discover and embrace their passions. Our panelists will discuss how their talents can be used in the marketing industry. Representation from the BIPOC community is essential to ensure all people are represented in media and television. From HR, finance, graphics, film, writing and more!

January 18 presents a Masterclass dialogue with the following panelists:
Travis Wood
Travis has been in the broadcast industry as a Television Producer and Director for 15+ years with 11 of those working for Discovery Channel, TSN, MTV and the Olympics. He has traveled the globe filming documentaries from sharks underwater for Shark Week to capturing mountaineers climbing the highest peaks in the world for brands like Jeep and Under Armour. His latest documentary was filming the journey of Serge Ibaka from the Toronto Raptors bringing the NBA trophy back to the Congo.
Travis leads the new content department which is responsible for helping all of McCann clients with productions big and small,  becoming industry leaders in the digital future of content. Check out his work here > Reel

Toni Francis
Toni Francis brings 8 years of experience in the media industry from production management, producing to leading a team of creatives. Francis has worked on a variety of media works such as short films, feature films, magazines, podcasts and branded content. Most recently, Francis worked at Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment as a creative producer working on the Toronto Raptors brand and its global partners such as Leons, Coors Light, Nike and OVO to name a few. Erskine Forde
Skin currently sits on the board of the newly formed International Black Film Alliance whose mission is to create training and placement opportunities for the BIPOC community while continuing to write and create his own narrative work through his company indever films & entertainment Inc.
His love of film has taken him around the world; from Papua New Guinea and Barbados to Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur in search of experiences and the stories they tell. Erskine Forde pka Skin possesses a tireless creativity fueled by his love of writing and enhanced by a fascination with photography.
After returning to Toronto in 2009, he joined the Director’s Guild of Canada where his diligence and dedication led to becoming the 1st Assistant Director on the hit show Suits and immediately followed by an invitation to run the floor on Amazon’s The Expanse.
