The Money Moves Masterclass Session will teach you how money is used within various industries and how you can use the same principles to have your money work for you. We also explore how money moves and how it can be accumulated through saving and recognizing smart investments.
From managing marketing dollars for worldgroups to real estate, and tourism within Indigenous communities, panelists will discuss practical strategies of how youth can leverage their finances (as low as $10 a paycheck) at a young age.

Collective Society 360 and McCann Worldgroup Canada have partnered to encourage high school aged students to discover and embrace their inner, untapped passions. We believe that it is crucial to have BIPOC representation in marketing and advertising to ensure the thoughts and views of marginalized communities are represented accurately and authentically.
We aim to open doors for BIPOC youth to expose them to a wide variety of careers and seasoned professionals to assist them along the way. Panelists will share their life lessons, knowledge, experiences and career paths with students.

ABOUT THE PANELISTS
DAVID PERUGINI
David Perugini A results-oriented individual who understands the importance and dynamics of a well-run finance operation and brings professionalism and expertise to the entire finance and accounting management process. His business experience includes profit and loss analysis, budgets, forecasts, contracts, fee negotiations, resource planning, strategic planning, capital expenditures, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, payroll, administration, operations, and management experience developed in both the communications and manufacturing industries. David is a pragmatic individual who understands the importance of well-managed senior finance and administrative operations and bring with that a positive and dedicated attitude.
TYLER ENNIS
professional basketball player and former NBA Player, is currently with the Türk Telekom of the Turkish Super League. Tyler spent four years in the NBA before going overseas to play. He is Canadian born from Brampton, ON.
Ennis played one year for Syracuse, leading the Orange to a 28-6 record. SU won 25 consecutive games to start the season that year. Ennis averaged 12.9 points, 5.5 assists and 2.1 steals.
KEITH HENRY
Keith Henry In Canada Keith Henry continues to be recognized across the country as one of the leaders in Aboriginal tourism and has led many new initiatives including the national strategy entitled “The Path Forward 2016-2021”, contributions to the development of national standards on market readiness and authenticity, cruise industry opportunities and the national Aboriginal tourism research project on the economic value of Aboriginal cultural tourism. Mr. Henry was instrumental in the development of the national Aboriginal tourism strategy The Path Forward 2016-2021 which will focus on increasing Aboriginal market readiness, increasing jobs, and increasing revenues. Over the course of the last number of years Mr. Henry has been invited to numerous international locations to support Aboriginal tourism strategies.

The music side of her professional experience is equally diverse. As a radio host and producer for the past 27 years, Melissa has developed marketing initiatives for a number of radio stations in the highly competitive, and culturally diverse Toronto market. She has been recognized as a pioneer, both as a female on-air personality, and has played an integral role in the overall emergence of Black Music within Canada for the past few decades. Melissa has made it a personal mandate to ensure the voices of the underserved are heard, and pushes to make this happen through her volunteer work, and in her professional life.
